Hiring is Back with a BANG!

Fireworks may not be the only boom to start off the new year. Even though some degree of uncertainty is expected to linger in 2011, one thing looks more than likely: higher levels of hiring. Experts predict slow growth but competitive recruiting in the upcoming year. Companies of all shapes and sizes have made the new year’s resolution to add jobs and hire more full-time, part-time and contract workers in 2011.

Three-fifths of employers also plan to give raises to their existing staff, partly over concerns that their best talent will head for the door of greater opportunities once the economy improves. Read More→
