How It Works

Pre-Event Customization Process

Every keynote is tailored to your audience. Here is how the process works.

Step 1

Discovery Call

A 30-minute call with Steve to understand your audience, event objectives, industry challenges, and desired outcomes.

Step 2

Content Customization

Steve builds custom examples, industry-specific language, and tailored stories based on your organization's reality.

Step 3

Pre-Event Brief

One week before the event, Steve's team sends a final run-of-show confirmation with timing, AV, and logistics.

Step 4

Day-Of Coordination

Steve arrives early, does a full sound and AV check, meets the event team, and is ready to go well before his session.
