Discovery Call
A 30-minute call with Steve to understand your audience, event objectives, industry challenges, and desired outcomes.
Content Customization
Steve builds custom examples, industry-specific language, and tailored stories based on your organization's reality.
Pre-Event Brief
One week before the event, Steve's team sends a final run-of-show confirmation with timing, AV, and logistics.
Day-Of Coordination
Steve arrives early, does a full sound and AV check, meets the event team, and is ready to go well before his session.

Audio/Visual Requirements
Steve's AV needs are straightforward. Here is what your venue should have ready.
- Lavalier or over-ear microphone (no handheld)
- Confidence monitor or laptop at stage level for presentation reference
- HDMI connection for presentation slides
- Two screens preferred for larger audiences (500+)
- House lighting on stage (Steve engages the audience directly and needs to see them)
- Sound check 30 minutes prior to session
Stage & Room Setup
Steve moves on stage and connects with the audience directly. Here is what works best.
- Open stage with room to move (no fixed podium)
- Stage monitor for presentation reference
- Water on stage (bottled, not glass)
- Audience seating in theater or crescent rounds preferred
- Front rows no more than 8 feet from stage edge
- Clear sight lines from all seats to the main screen
Travel & Logistics
Steve's team handles booking. Here is what to plan for.
- First-class or business-class airfare for flights over 3 hours
- Ground transportation to and from venue
- Hotel accommodations for the night before and night of the event
- Travel arranged at least 4 weeks prior to event date
- Green room or private space available 60 minutes before session
- Steve arrives at the venue at least 90 minutes before his session
